Continuous-wave single emitters from 760 nm to 1064 nm, supplied as bare TO56 cans, as 10–12 W high-efficiency bars for pumping, or as COB arrays placed on a customer board to ±10 µm. The industrial end of the range: solid-state pumping, medical systems, sensing and scientific instrumentation.
